Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@3mg.us or 833-3MG-ONUS (833-364-6687) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging and accessories.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address below:

4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item(s) were defective or sent in error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
